The gang known as the Tezcas are a criminal organization in Watch Dogs 2.
Summary
The Tezcas formed in 1957 out of necessity, with many of its initial members banding together in prison for protection. As their gang expanded, street gangs were rolled into the fold, taking the Tezcas from small time area gang to a huge alliance of gangs. They are considered the most violent of San Francisco criminal organizations, and contract in murder. They also was goin to kill tina right after the player finds out what happen to Horatio once you do the first mission you can read a email talking about how tina might snitch on one of the soldiers you can find that by hacking one of them. they are also the killers of horatio in the watch dogs 2 main story
