Summary
The Tezcas formed in 1957 out of necessity, with many of its initial members banding together in prison for protection. As their gang expanded, street gangs were rolled into the fold, taking the Tezcas from small time area gang to a huge alliance of gangs. They are considered the most violent of San Francisco criminal organizations, and contract in murder.
