Simon Mitchel is a featured artist in the Dot ConneXcion collective. Born and raised in Carrboro, North Carolina, after attening the Rhode Island School of Design, Mitchell transplanted himself to Chcago. Mitchell's piece at the show is called "Unblinking", a piece of several columns utilizing directed lighting which rotates and tracks the viewer.
