The police cruiser is a Chicago Police Department vehicle. They are used by the Chicago Police Department to chase down criminals, patrol the streets, and create roadblocks to stop fleeing suspects. They were first seen in the E3 Gameplay Video, where Aiden Pearce is spotted by a cruiser in his attempt to flee.

- The Police Cruiser is a modified version of the Unknown Standard Sedan base model, but seems to be quicker and more agile.
- Roadblocks formed by these cruisers are denoted with a red oval struck through with a blue line.
