'Joseph Demarco was Chicago philanthropist and sponsor of the Dot ConneXion art collective. During the mission Demarco Assassination, Aiden Pearce used a firearm provided to him by Jordi Chin to kill him. Joseph Demarc's records imply that he was charged for various crimes including perjury, solicitation or murder, and other assorted crimes, but as for unknown raasons acquitted of these charges prior to the events of Watch Dogs.
