Horatio Was a member of DedSec. But he was killed by the tezcaz gang.
Biography
Horatio had a rough upbringing, which led to his love of music, art, and the internet as a method to get away from his issues. Because his family was often violent and broken, he saw issues in his community and knew he needed an out - so he started coding and hacking.
After a time, Horatio was skilled enough that he landed a position at Nudle - a position he ultimately felt angered over due to ethical concerns.
