Delford "Iraq" Wade is the leader of the Black Viceroy's Gang. He is paranoid yet passionate and loud. He is skilled at inspiring his troops.
Delford Wade is a veteran from the Iraq war who uses his battle training and tactical skills within his group. In the Iraq war he was a Army Signal Specialist.
